2016 marked the inaugural year of China's medical reform, with topics such as Healthy China, national strategies, physician groups, commercial medical insurance, and tiered diagnosis and treatment emerging, making the healthcare industry dynamic. The discussions aimed to understand the industry's new engines, directions, and hotspots, while Hi-Scene also brought a 'new engine' to the interactive industry, striving to deliver more exciting and accessible experiences.
For a conference gathering experts from medical, media, investment, and business sectors, the traditional cumbersome check-in process overwhelmed the staff. Using the Hi-Scene 'check-in' function provided by Guangzhou event planning company Tuoyuan PR & Media, guests scanned QR codes placed on tables at the registration area, completing check-in in 2 seconds. The logo wall on the big screen displayed guests' WeChat avatars one by one, filling the heart-shaped logo wall and becoming a highlight of the venue. After check-in, guests participated in the 'bullet comment' interactive session with great enthusiasm.
During discussions, guests could send trigger keywords to post 'bullet comments' on the big screen, which displayed a combination of WeChat avatars, nicknames, and messages. This provided another platform for guests to 'speak', prompting them to pull out their phones and send messages, easing the intense discussions and encouraging full participation.
The event featured three rounds of lucky draws, with Chongshan Capital offering generous prizes. Lucky winners received their gifts with beaming smiles on stage.
