Dyson Unveils Three Smart Home Products at Beijing Launch Event

Today, Dyson's smart home product launch event, themed #DysonTechAwakensNewLife#, was held in Beijing, officially introducing a smart home technology suite. Dyson's current CEO, Jim Rowan, attended the event and unveiled three flagship products:

• Dyson Lightcycle™ desk lamp
• Dyson Pure Hot+Cool™ air purifying fan heater
• Dyson 360 Heurist™ robot vacuum

All three new products automatically monitor, diagnose, and respond to indoor environments, contributing to a healthy and happy life.

Dyson Lightcycle™ Desk Lamp / Floor Lamp

Daylight Tracking

Lighting that does not align with natural daylight patterns can disrupt the body's circadian rhythm, affecting mood and physiological functions. The Dyson Lightcycle™ desk/floor lamp uses intelligent daylight tracking technology, employing a unique algorithm to adjust light output based on your geographic location and time, caring for your biological clock.

The Dyson Lightcycle™ desk/floor lamp continuously adjusts color temperature and illuminance, with software validated using data selected from over one million natural daylight measurements. A 32-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) continuously processes daylight algorithm data and sends it to the optical driver to dynamically adjust the overall color temperature output of six LED chips.
