Tuoyuan Case | Spark 2023 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference (Jiangsu-Zhejiang Venue)

Taking the event day as the timeline, Tuoyuan communicated closely with Spark Education to develop the project plan and process design, built the rundown and execution plan, actively coordinated with the hotel and entertainment parties, and prepared in an orderly manner to ensure the successful implementation of the event.

Main KV

The annual meeting was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu, known as the "Pearl of Taihu Lake," with a Jiangnan poetic style as the main theme. In the main KV design, gold and blue-purple were the primary colors, with Wuxi landmarks and misty Jiangnan rain as the background. Elements such as distant mountains, canals, and sailboats combined to interpret the gentle beauty of Jiangnan scenery. The steady flow of the river symbolizes the endless river of education, and the sailboat sailing away signifies Spark Education's continuous progress toward a century of education.

H5 Invitation

The H5 invitation was extended from the main KV, offering guests a distinguished reception.

Countdown Poster

The countdown posters used the structure of the theme's Chinese characters, outlining the countdown numbers with strokes, creating suspense and a sense of anticipation for the event.

The outdoor area featured an entrance corridor, registration area, photo area, check-in spots, and honor wall. The entrance corridor was designed as a "Spark River" with Jiangnan charm, featuring landscape scenery on one side and displaying Spark's provincial branches. Guests walked through the corridor, feeling the event atmosphere from the moment they arrived. KT boards were used to extend the main KV to the registration area, photo area, and honor wall. The photo check-in spot was decorated with lanterns bearing the names of each branch, creating an antique and elegant ambiance.

The outdoor camping area used Spark's purple as the main color for various scenery, with flowers, tents, camping chairs, and blue sky, allowing guests to experience the charm of nature and return to the fun of outdoor life.

The indoor stage used a large straight screen combined with a sloped screen, creating a simple and grand look. Tuoyuan fully leveraged its team's expertise, controlling different zones to support the event execution. To ensure the smooth and orderly progress of the entire event, multiple rehearsals were conducted beforehand. The venue was thoroughly arranged, on-site guidance was effective, and coordination was meticulous. In line with the event flow, Tuoyuan customized various videos for the opening countdown and program backgrounds. With the wonderful performances as a prelude, the exciting award ceremony proceeded in an orderly manner.
