2023 Ningxia Maofen Carnival Successfully Held in Zhongwei

Under the starry desert sky and by the long river at sunset, culture and Moutai came together in Ningxia. On July 2, the 2023 Ningxia Maofen Carnival by Kweichow Moutai was held in Zhongwei, Ningxia, where over 300 Maofen enthusiasts encountered the charm of ancient desert culture, savored the beauty of Moutai culture, and enjoyed a feast for the senses. Tuoyuan Xinsi International Exhibition & Media was responsible for the planning and execution of the carnival.

01. Efficient Project Coordination

In the early stages, the Tuoyuan team conducted thorough site inspections and maintained close communication with the client to refine the event plan. During preparation, strong winds hit Zhongwei, but Tuoyuan steadily proceeded with setup, preparation, and rehearsals to ensure the event went smoothly.

02. Creative Visual Design

The carnival used the starry sky and desert as a bridge, deeply integrating Moutai culture with Ningxia's heritage. The main key visual featured a blue sky, desert, and starry night as the backdrop, with a Moutai bottle standing prominently in the center, containing elements of Ningxia's landmarks, symbolizing Moutai's presence across Ningxia.

Building on the main visual, various designs were created incorporating Moutai's brand, culture, and products, paired with different scene effects to add charm to the event.

03. Exquisite H5 Invitations

The creative H5 invitation, designed with the concept of making a wish upon a star, matched the main visual tone. Guests wrote their wishes, which flowed into a bottle and eventually lit it up, generating a wish poster for sharing. The result was beautiful and eye-catching, earning praise from the client.

04. Unique Interactive Planning

The carnival featured a desert culture market with interactive displays and experiences such as traditional Chinese culture, intangible cultural heritage creative products, desert culture, and Moutai ice cream tasting. Guests used exclusive market tokens to participate in games, experiencing intangible heritage crafts, pitch-pot and cuju games, desert camel photo shoots, and desert-themed costumes.

05. Spectacular Performances

The opening ceremony, themed "Journey Through a Thousand Years: Reading the Cultural Scroll with Moutai," was divided into three chapters, each introduced by a custom video. The outdoor starry night party built a stage atmosphere around the concept of the hometown of stars, with a dialogue between Xiao Mao and Xiao Xun as the thread, toasting guests three times. Custom background videos were created for various segments, including laser shows, the launch ceremony, torch relay, poetic recitations, and dance performances.

The 2023 Ningxia Maofen Carnival came to a successful close. With the starry sky as a backdrop and Moutai as the guide, Maofen enthusiasts reveled in music and fine wine, together appreciating the vast beauty of the desert sky, the charm of Ningxia, and the excellence of Moutai.
