Chameleon Home 2020 Autumn Training and New Product Launch Held
From August 13 to 15, Chameleon Home held its 2020 autumn training and new product launch. Distributors from across the country gathered in Chengdu to learn, exchange ideas, and witness the unveiling of new products. The two-day training on the 13th and 14th was packed with valuable insights, leaving distributors greatly benefited. On the 15th, distributors visited the Yuanrui showroom at Chameleon Home's headquarters to experience the craftsmanship and quality of the new series.

The training focused on the theme of "Innovative Marketing in the Home Furnishing and Building Materials Industry," covering topics such as breaking through conventional thinking, innovative activity models, and sales closing techniques.
First, the training addressed the need for a mindset shift in home furnishing stores. It pointed out that solo operations and mom-and-pop stores are struggling to succeed in a highly competitive market, and that building and motivating a team is the new path forward. It also highlighted that one-stop shopping, whole-home customization, and move-in-ready solutions are irreversible trends in the industry. Additionally, the booming live-streaming economy this year has prompted new considerations for offline stores. Distributors should proactively establish online promotion and customer acquisition channels, using online brand communication to attract and retain customers, thereby achieving a win-win outcome with offline sales.
Second, the training introduced innovative activity models for home furnishing stores, encouraging breaking away from traditional traffic-generation methods and using gift marketing to increase closing rates.
Third, it covered sales closing techniques for home furnishing stores, including enhancing sales staff's professional knowledge, upgrading sales thinking, mastering communication logic with customers, and improving after-sales service.
In the post-pandemic period, overall market consumption vitality has declined, and some distributors have lost confidence. This training aimed to teach distributors hands-on how to plan store activities, drive online traffic, and increase closing ratios, effectively boosting store performance. The goal was to help distributors regain confidence, see the future direction and goals clearly, and work together to break through challenges and move forward.
After the two-day training, on August 15, distributors visited the Chameleon Home Yuanrui showroom to inspect the products and place orders. The showroom buzzed with activity as distributors methodically examined the new products, carefully learning about their features, highlights, materials, and internal construction to better serve consumers and enhance market competitiveness.
On the 16th, Chameleon Home also held a live-streamed online ordering session. During the live stream, company representatives provided detailed introductions to the products, allowing distributors to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the new offerings. It was noted that the newly launched products include a wide range of finished furniture and upholstered furniture, with multiple styles to meet diverse consumer preferences. There are also whole-home move-in-ready solutions that provide one-stop furnishing packages. A Chameleon Home representative stated that the new products are more aligned with the design of Chinese family living and dining rooms, creating a comfortable, healthy, and eco-friendly home environment.
With keen market insight and a commitment to product upgrades, Chameleon Home has maintained a rapid product update pace. This year, it has successively launched products in various styles, from finished furniture to whole-home customization, fully responding to market demands. The new product debut has also earned recognition from many distributors.
