Tianba IoT Listing Launch and Platform Release Ceremony

On May 18, 2017, the listing launch ceremony of Guangdong Tianba IoT Co., Ltd. and the release of the Tianba IoT platform system were successfully held at the Wanda Hilton Hotel Guangzhou. The Huizhang platform provided conference management services for this project, covering stages such as entry, setup, execution, and teardown.

The following are on-site experience sharing from this event:

The conference hall is on the second floor, fully opened up, measuring 60 meters long and 23 meters wide. The stage area has a clear height of 7.8 meters, while the clear height under the chandeliers at the stage front is 5 meters. There are multiple fire hydrants in the lobby, so coordination with the hotel is required in advance during setup. The venue does not allow the use of smoke machines or haze machines, and the automatic fire suppression sprinkler system overhead is very sensitive. Offloading outside can only be done on the roadside, then materials must be transported to the entrance of the loading passage, taking about 5 minutes round trip. Before entering the venue, contact the hotel manager and walk through the loading passage to avoid being mistaken for damaging the venue. There are two loading staircases, one of which is protected with wooden boards and can only bear flight case materials; other materials must be secured with appropriate safety measures. After reaching the second floor, wooden boards must be laid first (can be rented from the hotel for 300 yuan), and all equipment and materials must be transported on the boards. During teardown, garbage must be taken away, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded; the hotel's outsourced garbage disposal department charges high fees (500 yuan for a small amount), so it is recommended to communicate in advance.

Despite the limited venue conditions, the team completed this project meticulously and efficiently.

The on-site setup is as follows:
