Planning Highlights: The two-day event combined an exhibition and forum. On the first day, the main venue hosted over 3,000 attendees, including distinguished guests such as the Chairman of UNICEF. Overnight, the main venue was transformed into five breakout rooms, plus five meeting rooms in the exhibition hall, totaling 10 breakout sessions. Conference technologies included holographic displays, ultra-wide BARCO screens, simultaneous interpretation with on-screen text in Chinese and English, and multi-screen interaction. The forum, themed 'Growing Up with Children', was an education 'Boao-level' event hosted by the China Society of Education and Quantong Education Group (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. Tuoyuan PR & Media provided comprehensive execution services including exhibition area design and production, event material design and production, venue construction and setup, and reconfiguration of breakout rooms over the two days.
