2023 Ningxia Maofen Carnival Successfully Held in Zhongwei
Desert and starry skies, long river and setting sun, cultural Moutai, gathering beauty in Ningxia. On July 2, the 2023 Ningxia Maofen Carnival by Kweichow Moutai was held in Zhongwei, Ningxia. Over 300 Maofen enthusiasts encountered the charm of thousand-year desert culture, savored the beauty of Moutai culture, and enjoyed a feast of sights and sounds under the theme of 'sharing beauty together'. Tuoyuan Xinsi International Exhibition & Media was responsible for the planning, execution, and implementation of the carnival.

01. Efficient Project Coordination
In the early stages, the Tuoyuan team conducted comprehensive site inspections, maintained close communication with the client, refined the event plan, and provided detailed execution plans and process control for the Maofen Carnival. During preparation, Zhongwei encountered strong winds, delaying setup time. Tuoyuan steadily advanced the setup, preparation, and rehearsals, ensuring the carnival proceeded smoothly through teamwork and execution capability.
02. Creative Visual Design
The Ningxia Maofen Carnival used starry skies and deserts as a bridge, deeply integrating Moutai culture with Ningxia culture. The main key visual featured a background of blue sky, desert, and starry sky, with a Moutai bottle standing in the center, containing elements of Ningxia's landmark architecture. The vast desert and boundless starry sky exuded desert charm, showcasing Moutai's fragrance across Ningxia.

Additionally, based on the main key visual, various other visuals were created incorporating Moutai's brand, culture, and products, paired with different scene effects, adding infinite charm to the entire event.

03. Exquisite H5 Invitation
The creative H5 invitation for the early stage was a masterpiece crafted by the Tuoyuan team. Combining the desert and starry sky theme, the H5 invitation was designed with the concept of making a wish upon a star, aligned with the main visual tone. Guests wrote their wishes, which flowed into a bottle, eventually lighting it up and generating a wish poster for sharing. The final product was beautiful and eye-catching, with a unified style yet diverse features, earning client praise.
04. Unique Interactive Planning
The carnival focused on four aspects of beauty, creating a desert culture market with interactive experiences such as traditional Chinese culture, intangible cultural heritage creative products, desert culture, and Moutai ice cream tasting. Guests used exclusive market tokens to participate in games, fully experiencing activities like intangible heritage handicrafts, pitch-pot and cuju games, camel photo shoots in the desert, and desert-style clothing, creating a more immersive experience and greater participation.
05. Spectacular Performances
At the opening ceremony, with the concept of 'Traveling Through a Thousand Years, Reading the Ancient Scroll of Culture with Moutai', three chapters were planned, each introduced by a custom video, leading guests through the blend of Moutai culture and Ningxia culture. At the outdoor starry night party, the stage was built with the concept of the hometown of stars, creating a brilliant atmosphere. The dialogue between Xiao Mao and Xiao Xun served as a thread, toasting guests three times. Custom background videos were tailored to each segment, including laser shows, launching ceremonies, torch relay, poetic recitations, and dance performances, offering beautiful visuals and creativity for an aesthetic experience.
The 2023 Ningxia Maofen Carnival concluded successfully. With the starry sky as a backdrop and Moutai as a guide, Maofen enthusiasts reveled in the vast beauty of the desert and stars, felt the charm of Ningxia, and savored Moutai's fine brew.
