SANY Heavy Equipment National Roadshow 2012
From March to June 2012, SANY Heavy Equipment held a national roadshow across 16 provinces, covering Sichuan, Jiangxi, Anhui, Henan, Jiangsu, Shanxi, and others. The event, themed 'Infinite Splendor, Radiant SANY', attracted a total of approximately 500 participants.
During the roadshow, the organizers created a scroll printed with the roadshow route map, with designated signing areas at each stop for leaders and clients to leave their signatures, ultimately forming a complete commemorative scroll.
The stage was meticulously designed with lighting, sound, and LED equipment to create dazzling effects. The LED backdrop featured an ultra-wide screen, providing a visual feast for the audience.
In addition, SANY Heavy Equipment introduced its 'Three Fast, One Compensation' service commitment for the first time in the industry: 'Three Fast' means rapid personnel dispatch (arrival within 2 hours of a customer call), rapid parts supply (delivery to the mine within 8 hours), and rapid problem resolution (issues resolved within 12 hours); 'One Compensation' refers to overtime compensation, where if the commitment is not fulfilled on time, the customer retains the right to compensation of 10,000 yuan per hour in parts.
