Standing Together, Building an Ecosystem | The 10th Anniversary Appreciation Event of CIB Fund Successfully Held

On October 30, CIB Fund, under Poly Developments and Holdings, held its 10th anniversary appreciation event with the theme 'Standing Together, Building an Ecosystem', witnessing a significant moment in the fund's development. Shareholders, investors, partners, employees, and friends from all walks of life who have supported CIB Fund gathered together.

In 2010, Poly Developments and Holdings and CITIC Securities jointly initiated the establishment of CIB Fund. Over the past decade, CIB Fund has adhered to the vision of 'Trustworthy Worldwide, Standing Firm Globally' and the business philosophy of 'Integrity, Standardization, Efficiency, Excellence', establishing a mature business system covering fundraising, investment, management, and exit, as well as comprehensive risk management and innovative research systems. It has built strong business relationships with numerous well-known financial institutions, corporate groups, developers, and high-net-worth clients, earning wide recognition from investors and partners.

To date, CIB Fund's cumulative fund management scale has exceeded RMB 100 billion, with over 180 investment projects, and it has received an AA+ issuer credit rating from China Chengxin International Credit Rating.

In his opening speech, Mr. Deng Xiaochuan, General Manager of CIB Fund, welcomed and thanked all shareholders, investors, and partners who have supported the fund over the past decade. Mr. Fu Junyuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant of China Poly Group, Mr. Liu Ping, General Manager of Poly Developments and Holdings, and Mr. Yang Minghui, General Manager of CITIC Securities, each delivered speeches, affirming and congratulating CIB Fund's achievements and expressing continued support for its future growth.

Mr. Luo Zhenyu, President and CEO of CapitaLand Group (China), and Mr. Yan Guijun, Party Secretary and Chairman of Everbright Xinglong Trust, were invited to deliver industry keynote speeches, sharing insights on the development trends of China's real estate fund industry from foreign and domestic perspectives, respectively.

Mr. Yue Yongjian, Chairman of CIB Fund, delivered a speech titled 'A New Decade Together, Building a New Ecosystem', starting from four landmark events in 2020, comprehensively introducing five major trends in the real estate fund sector, seven advantages and experiences accumulated by CIB Fund, and six dimensions for future development.

Subsequently, Mr. Liu Ping, Mr. Yang Minghui, Mr. Yue Yongjian, and Mr. Deng Xiaochuan, as representatives of fellow travelers, took the stage to participate in the launch ceremony of 'Standing Together, Building an Ecosystem', jointly opening a new chapter in CIB Fund's real estate finance business.

Finally, representatives of the new generation of CIB Fund collectively recited 'A Letter to the Future of CIB Fund', conveying the firm belief that 'development is struggle, and growth never stops'. Looking ahead, they expressed their commitment to continue striving alongside CIB Fund for the real estate fund business.
