Country Garden Hosts Appreciation Banquet for 5,400 Employees and Families
An industry-wide discussion has stirred waves: 'Should companies have a family culture?'
Psychologists believe that a family culture can enhance employees' sense of belonging and cohesion, fostering a better working atmosphere. As a leading real estate company, what is Country Garden's stance on family culture?

As the Mid-Autumn Festival approached, they answered this question with concrete actions.
On September 29, Country Garden hosted an appreciation banquet themed 'Home Reunion at Country Garden' for employees and their families.
Due to the pandemic, this was an unprecedented 'virtual gathering' with over 5,400 employees and family members from the group and 64 domestic and international regions participating.
In the current special circumstances, such a reunion made everyone appreciate the value of care and family bonds even more.
This is likely the most extensive employee family appreciation event in the history of the real estate industry, in terms of both coverage and participation.
Scrolling through my social media, I noticed that many Country Garden employees' family members attended various regional appreciation events. Judging by the overwhelming posts, the scale was massive.
For instance, at the group headquarters, family members stayed at the company's resort, toured the headquarters building, the robot restaurant, and the Country Garden charity school, and enjoyed a splendid dinner.

Other regions also organized their own appreciation activities to thank families for their understanding and support of Country Garden employees.

The highlight of the evening was the lively family dinner at headquarters, where founder Yang Guoqiang personally attended. He expressed gratitude to the families for their support of Country Garden employees, saying:
'Work is not easy, and having family support is crucial—it allows everyone to work without worries. At home, warmth is even more important. Therefore, our employees should be grateful to their families and treat them well.'
