OPPO Find X2 Series Online Launch: Multi-Device Strategy and Cross-Scenario Smart Services
On March 6, the OPPO Find series, which fans had awaited for two years, was finally updated. OPPO officially unveiled its new 5G flagship series, the OPPO Find X2, Find X2 Pro, and the OPPO Find X2 Pro Lamborghini Edition, through a live-streamed online event. In addition to these three 5G phones, OPPO also introduced its first smartwatch, the OPPO Watch, signaling a shift from a single smartphone brand to a diversified multi-device brand.
No.1 Two Years of Refinement: The Find X2 Series Delivers a Full-Spectrum "Sensory Awakening"
To be honest, I had high expectations for the Find X2, a product refined over two years. In terms of performance, the Find X2 Pro is powered by Qualcomm's current flagship Snapdragon 865 chip, paired with OPPO's own Smart 5G technology, delivering robust 5G performance and power efficiency (scoring 630,000 in lab AnTuTu benchmarks), allowing the Find X2 Pro to stand out among other Snapdragon 865 devices.
The biggest surprise from the Find X2 Pro was its 120Hz "Ultra-Sensing Screen" with 3K QHD+ resolution. The smooth touch response and vivid, detailed color reproduction truly justify its flagship status. This screen embodies OPPO's extensive effort and incorporates several cutting-edge technologies.
In the camera system, the Find X2 Pro features OPPO's most powerful full-focal-length imaging system—a combination of a 48MP main camera, 48MP ultra-wide lens, and 13MP telephoto lens—delivering an upgraded imaging experience across distance, lighting, and motion scenarios. Its DXOMARK score of 124 further confirms its imaging prowess.
The OPPO Find X2 Pro Lamborghini Edition also made its expected appearance. This deeply customized version features a sculpted body with a "hot-forged glass process" for the first time, priced at 12,999 yuan, targeting high-end users.

No.2 From Now On, OPPO Is More Than Just a Phone Company
At this event, OPPO also launched several smart devices alongside the Find X2 series, with the most notable being its first smartwatch, the OPPO Watch. The OPPO Watch features a 3D dual-curved flexible screen, supports eSIM for independent communication and internet access, and provides accurate sports and health monitoring with personalized improvement plans. In smart mode, it offers up to 40 hours of battery life on a single charge, while long-lasting mode supports basic functions like notifications for up to 21 days.
OPPO also announced its official partnership with the Boston Marathon. Over the next four years, OPPO will collaborate deeply with the Boston Marathon on brand and products, including smartphones, smartwatches, and IoT devices. With the launch of products like the 5G CPE and smartwatch, OPPO's multi-device ecosystem is expanding, with future plans to cover personal, home, travel, and office scenarios.
No.3 Cross-Scenario Smart Services—OPPO's Vision
OPPO also unveiled the new 5G CPE product, the OPPO 5G CPE Omni, in Barcelona, Spain. It is equipped with the Snapdragon X55 modem and several proprietary technologies, including "O-Motion 360° 5G Antenna" and "O-Reserve 5G Smart Antenna," achieving downlink speeds up to 7.5 Gbps in 5G tests. It supports Wi-Fi 6 and is compatible with BLE 4.1 and ZigBee 3.0 protocols, providing near-seamless smart 5G connectivity across various vertical scenarios. The OPPO 5G CPE Omni can receive mobile signals and forward them via Wi-Fi, significantly optimizing LAN deployment costs in certain scenarios. Unfortunately, OPPO did not announce a domestic release date for this product at the event.
Although the Find X2 series was the star of the event, a statement from OPPO Vice President and Global Marketing President Shen Yiren left a lasting impression. He said: "The launch of multiple devices will better meet the high-end market's demand for an integrated product ecosystem. 2020 marks the first year of 5G adoption. OPPO hopes to work with global partners to promote 5G adoption, starting from people's daily lives, to provide users worldwide with multi-device, cross-scenario smart services." This clearly shows that OPPO is no longer content with just smartphones; multi-device, cross-scenario smart services are OPPO's vision.
