Mr. Li Kujun took the stage first, drawing on years of urban observation experience to provide an in-depth analysis of Hangzhou's current industrial development trends and offer practical suggestions for optimizing real estate allocation. He pointed out that with the major trends of the Chengxi Sci-Tech Innovation Corridor and the river-oriented development, emerging areas like Yinhu are entering the mainstream vision of Hangzhou, making them ideal destinations for property investment.

Following that, Mr. Chen Libo, General Manager of Hangzhou Fuchun Silicon Valley, delivered a speech, starting with Yinhu and elaborating on Fuchun Silicon Valley's forward-looking vision and its comprehensive operational system that supports enterprise growth. He also reinforced confidence among every tenant by highlighting the achievements of years of dedicated management and future prospects. He stated that in the near future, with the opening of the subway and the hosting of the Asian Games, Fuchun Silicon Valley will be worth reimagining.

Amid eager anticipation, the new product [Wangshan] of Silicon Valley Courtyard was grandly unveiled.

The chief recommender of [Wangshan] made a final appearance, presenting the spatial dimensions of [Wangshan] with more tangible product language. The project inherits the Garden City theory of the renowned British urbanist Ebenezer Howard, creating another Chinese model of an office park. [Wangshan] infuses the spirit of the mountain into the architecture, blending traditional Chinese elements with a striving attitude, symbolizing that residents will enjoy a broader life.

Located in the core area of Silicon Valley Town, [Wangshan] is adjacent to the largest wildlife park in East China, Hangzhou Wildlife World, and is surrounded by resources such as Yinhu Park, Yinhu Experimental School, Yinhu Primary School (under construction), and the Asian Games Modern Pentathlon Venue (under construction). The park itself comes with approximately 100,000 sqm of commercial facilities. The project is built against the mountain, with paths and trails connecting to the hills, allowing residents not only to view the mountain from their windows but also to immerse themselves in the woods at any time for inspiration.

As the launch drew to a close, the first enterprise client of [Wangshan] came on stage to complete a formal signing ceremony with the General Manager of Fuchun Silicon Valley, marking the glorious beginning of its market journey amid warm applause.

[Wangshan] is designed for the courageous dreamers of our time, seeking a close integration of mountain living and courtyard living between nature and urbanity. In Hangzhou, only 21 units are available, with a building area of approximately 280-330 sqm.
