Skyworth American-Style Refrigerator New Product Launch Concludes

On November 15, the 2019 Skyworth American-style refrigerator new product launch and peak season customer kickoff meeting, themed 'AI for a Better Life', was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu. Skyworth Appliances unveiled its new American-style free-style refrigerator series.

Guests included Liu Tangzhi, President of Skyworth Group; Wu Qinan, General Manager of Skyworth; Dr. Wen Jian, General Manager of Skyworth Refrigerator Product Line; Zhou Guoxian, General Manager of Skyworth Washing Machine Product Line; Tian Shimin, Channel General Manager of Skyworth; Gan Jianguo, Channel General Manager of Skyworth Air Conditioning; and Liang Xiaoming, Director of Skyworth Agency Channel Department. Nearly 300 outstanding agents from across the country attended the event.

To address consumers' varying needs for refrigeration freshness and cleanliness, Skyworth innovatively developed the American-style French door refrigerator series. It features an inverted T-shaped French door design with a 220-liter超大冷藏空间 and a 174-liter large freezer space, achieving an optimal golden ratio to meet a typical family's annual storage needs.

President Liu Tangzhi delivered a speech at the meeting, emphasizing that over the past nine years, Skyworth Appliances has progressed from smart soundbars to 21.5-inch smart large-screen refrigerators, and now to the American-style series. With increasingly mature R&D capabilities and enhanced industry competitiveness, he hopes the appliance division will maintain product innovation and operational vitality, contributing to the group's smart home module. He also expressed gratitude to the agents for their support.

The Skyworth American-style refrigerator adds a 109L extra-large variable temperature zone and a 550mm direct-pull large drawer, designed with ergonomics for easy access. The full-range temperature control from -18°C to 5°C allows seamless switching among refrigeration, soft freezing, and freezing modes. In summer, the 329L large refrigeration space meets fruit and vegetable needs, while in winter or during holidays, the 283L超大 freezer space can store meats.

In terms of appearance, the American-style series adopts a 5:5 split design with 90° door opening for convenience, and a slim 690mm body that can be embedded into cabinets. Dr. Wen Jian, General Manager of the Refrigerator Product Line, stated that the series combines the simplicity and grandeur of French doors with the elegance and nobility of French refrigerators.

For freshness preservation, the Skyworth American-style refrigerator uses dual stainless steel air duct back panels. Both the refrigeration and freezing zones use food-grade stainless steel, offering high thermal conductivity, rapid cooling, and antibacterial and anti-corrosion properties. It also features a self-developed nano silver ion sterilization and deodorization module, achieving a 99.99% effective sterilization rate against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The module is detachable and replaceable.

Additionally, the American-style series is equipped with a 180° vector variable frequency compressor and a variable frequency centrifugal fan, ensuring efficient operation and preserving the original flavor of food. At the event, Skyworth also showcased its DaV series washing machines, whose seven-star washing functions highlight the strong power and ultra-stability of the DD direct-drive motor. The pulsator washing machine's vortex washing feature also gained attention and recognition from customers.
