Three Formats for Planning an Online Product Launch
During the pandemic, brands moved their product launches online. There are generally three formats for online launches:
1. Staging at a venue such as a hotel with a stage and LED screen
Compared to offline stage design, the stage setup for an online launch is simpler, with no live audience. The event is broadcast live using multiple camera positions. The program flow is similar to offline events, including guest speeches and live connections, and interactive lucky draws can also be conducted online.

2. Virtual studio
A virtual studio requires designing 3D stage effects. The studio size is chosen based on the number of live viewers, and speakers are filmed in front of a green screen. The virtual scenes can be designed with a futuristic feel or simulate an offline stage with an LED screen, with content switched from the control room.

3. Combining the launch with entertainment shows
The launch can be produced as a TV program, such as a talk show or a dramatic performance. This requires bold creativity, using content to attract viewers, enhance the viewing experience, and generate buzz.

Now that the pandemic is under control and offline events are gradually resuming, a hybrid of online and offline will become the trend: offline for immersive experiences, online for interactive engagement.
