Keli 2019 International New Product Launch Held in Shanghai

On July 10, Keli held its 2019 International New Product Launch in Shanghai. Customers from Russia, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Iran, India, Vietnam, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and other countries attended the event. The conference showcased Keli's latest international version sensors, instruments, intelligent integration, and the latest IoT systems and IoT product applications.

At the launch, Mr. Lin Defa, Vice President of Keli and host of the event, expressed gratitude and welcome to the foreign guests on behalf of Keli. Regarding product development, Mr. Lin stated that the future of weighing instruments will be more intelligent. Keli's products already exhibit data analysis and IoT attributes, and with the development of 5G and AI, Keli's products will expand toward big data, IoT, and artificial intelligence.

During the launch, Engineer Ou from Instrument Development, Engineer Yan from Intelligent Component Development, and Engineer Ruan from Sensor Development presented three series of Keli's new international products: the W1701 self-diagnostic truck scale IoT system, unattended weighing system, and non-stop detection system.

Among them, the W1701 system is an upgraded version of Keli's previous IoT generation. It features multiple physical quantity sensors, enabling more comprehensive detection of sensor and scale body status, and can achieve self-diagnosis through backend data analysis, making the truck scale system more intelligent and user-friendly.

The unattended weighing system automates and manages truck scale weighing operations without personnel by integrating various external devices and software. It consists of subsystems such as long-distance automatic vehicle identification, automatic voice guidance, instant weighing image capture, traffic light control, infrared anti-cheating, barrier gate control, and remote monitoring. It features automatic and reliable data collection, automatic judgment, automatic command, automatic processing, and automatic control.

The non-stop detection system is an advanced and efficient solution for highway vehicle overload and over-limit control. It comprises resistance strain sensors, magnetic induction coils, license plate recognition systems, height detectors, information displays, control cabinets (including signal acquisition instruments and dynamic indicators), and a backend data monitoring center. It operates dynamically without stopping vehicles, requires no personnel, and works 24/7. Currently, Keli has extensive field application cases and practical experience in China and can provide complete system products to customers.

After the launch, Vice President Lin Defa communicated with on-site customers, listening to their suggestions and answering questions through live Q&A, question cards, and satisfaction surveys.
