The Purpose of Organizing and Planning Events
We often see major events that are advertisements, social activities, promotions, and public relations. For example, the successful entry of brandy into the U.S. market was a very successful major event. Although this happened in the 1950s, the brandy remains fragrant, and many people find it very appealing. This is the impact of major events on society.

Similarly, banquets, exhibitions, cultural performances, and other project activities all require the push of communication media like large-scale events to disseminate important corporate or brand information. In a sense, major events are a form of communication medium with a very wide reach.

Based on this, we generally define large-scale events as planned, goal-oriented, and step-by-step organized social coordination actions involving public participation. First, there must be a clear purpose. Event planning companies spend significant funds, manpower, and resources to hold these events. For example, if a company wants to go public and holds events during the process, it may spend one to two million yuan on promotional expenses.

Such events are quite time-consuming and labor-intensive. Many staff members have to put in a lot of effort, and before the listing ceremony begins, many preparatory activities are needed, and many guests are invited, so staff often have little time to rest. So why hold such events under these circumstances?
Of course, it is to promote the corporate image, which also better attracts consumers to purchase the company's products or services. Investing large sums of money in events without a purpose would be unnecessary.
