Xijiu Sealing Ceremony Sales Event | Tuoyuan Xinsi Media Large-Scale Baijiu Cultural IP Packaging
"Sealing the jar" is a unique traditional Chinese custom and a beautiful imprint of Chinese culture. Today, it has become an important form of brand promotion and cultural outreach for liquor companies. During the sealing and storage process, the liquor continuously matures and ages, becoming smoother and more aromatic over time. The longer it is stored, the more it embodies the visible and invisible craftsmanship within.
Starting from Xijiu's natural and cultural context, Tuoyuan unearthed the soul of the liquor culture and meticulously crafted the "Gentleman's Seal, Treasuring Time" sealing culture museum and exclusive communication activities, ensuring every sealed jar is worthy of treasuring time.

From the three dimensions of culture, visuals, and ritual, we spread the historical culture of sealed liquor, allowing every guest to fully experience the unique craftsmanship and沉淀 history. Our planning team exclusively created the "Eight Scenes of Sealing" to enrich guests' experience.

Guides were replaced by "Wine Fairies" dressed in Hanfu, who explained the scenery and stories along the way and distributed the "Romance of Sealing" product brochure.

A "Time Wall" was created, engraved with checkerboard patterns depicting life's milestones, reminding everyone that every moment of life deserves to be remembered and cherished.

The "Chishui Flowing Fragrance Stele" is adorned with hand-drawn line illustrations of the natural, historical, and cultural elements related to Xijiu's Ten-Mile Wine City along the Chishui River, showcasing Xijiu's unique natural and cultural genes.

Guided by the "Wine Fairies," guests listened to explanations while visiting the "Sealing Museum" in the main square, savoring the history and traditions of sealed liquor.

Guests then entered the indoor area to watch the sealing officiants demonstrate traditional sealing and brewing techniques, with "Wine Fairies" explaining each step on site.

Tuoyuan transformed the exterior wall of the first-floor wine cellar in the factory area into an antique-style facade, creating the "Junpin Wine Room" that forms a cohesive landscape with the "Sealing Museum." The wall is inscribed with the "Ode to Xijiu," reinforcing Xijiu's brand connotation and characteristics. Guests can purchase sealed jars at this stage.

Interactive game: "Aroma Identification." The "Wine Fairy" presents several types of liquor and invites guests to identify Xijiu by aroma. Those who accurately identify it receive an extra "small wine" reward.

After the game, interested VIPs can choose a "sealing wine tag," select the jar number, and write the unique number on the back of the tag.

Guests follow the "Wine Fairy" out of the Junpin Wine Room, wash their hands at the steps, and dry them with custom towels provided by the fairy. Ascending the "Drunken Steps" and passing through the jar-shaped gate, guests reach the second-floor plaza where the sealing ceremony takes place.

The "Wine Sinks in Time" plaza emphasizes the beauty of time through traditional Chinese Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches and the 24 solar terms.

Guests enter the building and ascend to the second-floor experience hall to watch the sealing ceremony performance. The stairs are adorned with blessing decals, so every step conveys heartfelt wishes. Inside the hall, they are greeted by the large characters "All guests from afar, can you have a drink?" and the staggered "You" character wall.

In the second-floor wine cellar, the central backdrop is an LED screen that can be adjusted to different backgrounds, used for both the sommelier's explanation and the indoor sealing ceremony.

The sealing officiant offers guests a small sample of wine similar in age to their purchased jar for tasting. If they confirm the purchase, the officiant presents the guest's exclusive nameplate, red sealing cloth, and golden chain lock, and invites them to sign the "Sealing Scroll."

The "Wine Fairy" introduces the "Ritual of Lifting the Thousand-Jin Seal." Beneath the wall, different sizes of sealed wine jars are displayed in relief, forming a three-dimensional landscape. Above, the handprints of VIPs who sealed 2000-jin jars are engraved, along with a "Hundred Wines Wall" formed by various Chinese characters.

Tuoyuan carefully designed the VI and peripheral materials for this event, fully integrating sealing culture with Xijiu culture.

This event was not only a continuation of sealing culture but also a display of confidence to sealing VIPs and partners. Tuoyuan's tailor-made plan for the sealing culture museum and communication activities integrated Xijiu's unique sealing culture into every scene, fully showcasing the brand's strength.
