Cadillac CT5 Debuts at JUDYHUA 2020 Spring/Summer Fashion Show

October 15 - Recently, the JUDYHUA 2020 Spring/Summer fashion show, presented by the Cadillac brand of SAIC-GM, opened in grand style at the Shanghai World Expo Creative Showcase. The show, themed "Utopia of Spirit and Poetry," presented a new form that blends automotive aesthetics with fashion art. As the inspiration for JUDYHUA's new season collection, the new luxury sedan Cadillac CT5 made a stunning appearance, bringing a new luxury style to the fashion crossover.

JUDYHUA's 2020 Spring/Summer collection drew inspiration from the Cadillac CT5, merging fashion with industrial design creativity. Based on the dynamic and elegant body lines and rear details, the collection showcased flowing geometric cuts with agile three-dimensional silhouettes. By referencing the elegant interior design of the Cadillac CT5, JUDYHUA selected high-quality, high-tech fabrics and used knitting to simulate the front grille, with three-dimensional textures highlighting refined quality. In terms of color, the new collection also extracted color elements from the Cadillac brand logo to embellish the classic black-and-white palette, together with Cadillac's iconic Mondrian cut lines, presenting a lively and sporty vibe. Designer Hua Juan admitted that she was inspired by her exchange with Andrew Smith, Executive Director of Global Design at Cadillac, creatively incorporating Cadillac brand and CT5 design elements into the new season's fashion release, and even featuring an image of renowned tennis player Naomi Osaka as a print, striving to convey a blend of strength and femininity to every consumer. This spirit of confidence, courage, and optimism expressed through fashion perfectly complements Cadillac's brand philosophy of "Daring, Style, Innovation."
