Event highlights:

Based on our experience hosting events in Chengdu, here are some insights:

1. August is summer in Chengdu. Although temperatures are not very high, it is quite humid and rainy. When traveling for events, remember to bring appropriate clothing and an umbrella.

2. From now until early September, Chengdu has strict environmental inspections, so materials like painted wood structures cannot be produced. Most events in Chengdu have encountered this challenge, but some suppliers can still complete the production tasks.

Additionally, there are some points to note about the venue, the InterContinental Chengdu Global:

1. The Global Hall has two protruding pillars (2m x 2m) on each side, which are not shown in the hotel's floor plan. It is best to conduct an on-site inspection or request photos from the venue as design references.

2. If the dismantling time exceeds midnight, there is a charge of 600 RMB per half hour, with no negotiation.
