Signing Ceremony Process: A Complete Step-by-Step Guide from Entry to Exit
A signing ceremony, also known as a signature ceremony, is held after governments or enterprises reach consensus through negotiations. Although not purely a ceremonial event, it follows a fixed procedure. Below is the standard process for a signing ceremony:
1. Arrange for representatives of both parties and invited guests to enter the venue in an orderly and timely manner.

2. The signing representatives take their seats at the signing table, while other guests stand behind their respective representatives' seats, lined up from inside to outside and from high to low according to rank.
3. After the agreement texts to be kept by each party are signed, the signing representatives exchange the agreements, shake hands in congratulations, and the rest applaud.
4. Once the signing ceremony begins, assistants open the agreement and indicate the signature area; the representatives sign, then the assistants hand the signed agreements to the other party's assistant, exchange, and sign again.

5. After the signing and exchange are completed, service staff present champagne on trays, and all signing participants raise their glasses to toast, enhancing the cooperative atmosphere.
6. After the signing ceremony concludes, arrangements can be made for representatives to receive media interviews. When exiting, guest representatives and attendees leave first, and the host party sees them off before leaving themselves.
Signing ceremonies are typically solemn and formal, reflecting the importance and respect both parties place on the ceremony and the agreement, so they should be handled with care.
