TANK natural Opening Party: A Celebration of Natural Wine and Craft Beer

On April 20, TANK natural held its opening party at No. 42 Daizong Street, Baihuazhou. Located in the old city of Jinan, TANK natural specializes in natural wines, craft beers, and spirits, providing a relaxed space for everyone to unwind.

"Natural wine is a philosophy of winemaking that amplifies the characteristics of the grape variety itself, and the region also imparts meaning to the grape. Natural fermentation in craft beer follows the same principle, though the raw materials differ. We wanted to create something fun, to showcase the similarities between wine and beer in the natural fermentation process, and let people experience both the commonalities and differences. You don't have to travel abroad or to first-tier cities to find these interesting drinks."

A guest who came all the way from Shanghai said, "This bar is truly a natural wine bar in Jinan. In a relaxing environment, it lets everyone experience nature's gifts. I hope more people will come and enjoy it."

Why is the tank logo in lowercase? Lowercase letters naturally bring the bar closer to its guests. It's the designer's concept to blend design with natural products and the bar's overall natural vibe. "I hope Jinan will have more professional bars like this, elevating the city's beverage market and deepening people's understanding of wine. I wish TANK all the best."

TANK natural's opening party was sponsored by the Rioja Wine Association. Rioja is considered Spain's most important wine region, with the earliest surviving documents on preserving and ensuring the quality of Rioja wines dating back to 1650. On April 3, 1991, after ministerial approval, Rioja was officially granted certified designation of origin status, the first of its kind in Spain. Among the region's wineries, Eguren Ugarte's winemaking history dates back to 1870. Through six generations of meticulous work, the winery combines modern techniques with traditional winemaking to produce exceptional wines. Robert Parker has rated many of their wines above 90 points. Over time, Eguren Ugarte has evolved into a comprehensive estate offering winery, tourism, hotel, and restaurant services to clients worldwide.

Inside TANK natural, you'll find large areas of bare cement brick walls, solid wood countertops, and warm spotlights. While waiting for the ceremony to begin, guests enjoyed drinks and conversation, sampling TAPAS-style snacks in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. During this celebratory moment, everyone's face beamed with bright smiles.
